GoNile was born from a simple observation: East Africa needed a transportation platform built specifically for its unique needs, challenges, and opportunities. In 2024, we set out to create more than just another ride-hailing app.
We built a super-app that understands the diversity of East Africa - from Nairobi's bustling streets to Kampala's vibrant neighborhoods, from Addis Ababa's historic districts to Dar es Salaam's coastal roads. We support multiple languages, currencies, and payment methods because we believe technology should adapt to people, not the other way around.
